A Review

OK I promised a recap of The Braised Beef Short Ribs.
This recipe was good,very good.
Of course I made some changes not to the base ingredients I left them the same.
First , I made it as a main dish not an appetizer
I used about a dozen ribs,all about the same size.
I think Lager was happy to have Mommy home, the oven going and the house full of yummy smells.

I cooked the dish 3 hours and forty minutes, in my cast iron pan. I served with potatoes, cornbread and cabbage. We have left overs I don't suspect will go to waist.
