Easy & yummy

 OK Before I make the effort to share what was dinner, here is dessert.
Very simple, very yummy and can be dressed up.
Purchase cookie dough, in the tub and a pint of ice cream.
Make two cookies per person, slice ice cream in the container.
Scoop and cook cookies, bake and cool.
Layer with ice cream.

To dress up, like for Valentines day roll in sprinkles or serve on a plate of chocolate sauce with a side of whip cream.
