Lobster Scampi







When Bob got home last night(from his 2plus hour commute) He walked in the door and said "MMM smells like home,that's why I commute". I was cooking scampi.



Lobster Scampi



1 pound MAINE Lobster, cooked and shelled ( I bought 1# lobster Meat Local )



1 stick butter,1 head (not clove/head) garlic, minced,2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons parsley, minced1/4 teaspoon lemon peel, grated1 dash hot pepper sauce
Strain Lobster; set aside. Melt butter in a wide frying pan over medium heat. Stir in garlic, lemon juice, and salt; cook until bubbly. Add Lobster to pan and cook, stirring occasionally, (3 to 4 minutes). Stir in parsley, lemon peel, and hot pepper seasoning.
Boil pasta, and add a head of broccoli diced to pasta water, boil till tender. Strain toss with scampi. Top with grated cheese.
