Bob and I love real estate, viewing real estate,taking rides to look at homes and architecture watching HG TV we love it all. Considering the number of encounters we have had with Realtors and the number of moves we have made I think it is fair to say we know and understand a couple things about real estate. One of the most repeated rules in re: property values is location and view.
This is the current view of our property at Hooves and Hounds farm as seen from the front door. For me it is a priceless view, one for tired body and sore eyes after a long cold winter it is a reminder of why I do what I do.
