I took some of my time off today, to work in the kitchen. I boiled and shucked 3 lobsters, and made Lobster Mac N Cheese ( see the Menu plan post). With the shells i made a stock that I put in the freezer, for a second life in Corn and Crab Chowder.I processed tomatoes with my kitchen Aid and made a sauce. I made a crock pot Chili for tomorrow night. In the Chili I put 1/2 the sauce I made, the balance is in the freezer.Bob liked the Mac N Cheese, I thought it was very rich, next time I will add Nutmeg.
