Full Worm Moon

Some North American Indian tribes referred to March's full moon as the Full Worm Moon. The more Northern tribes knew this as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signaled the end of winter. This year the full Worm Moon was Tuesday March 10Th. I have been blessed every morning this week to witness this moon as I go to the barn in the morning. On our property the ground is still mostly covered with snow so I have not yet seen earthworm casts as of yet. Bob and I have seen many of fat crow, some on bended branches some in the paddock. For centuries, many people have believed that it is best to conduct some tasks when the moon is favorable.

The best days to fish (Bobby) are April 2-4 12 21 and 30 The best days to garden (Jess) are Above ground crops March 1-3 6,7,26,29 and 30 Root crops 13-17 ,21,22 and 25 Seed beds March 6,7,16 and 17 and flowers March 6-7 13-15. This year Vue's birthday is on Earth Day.
