This Week On The Menu

I just finished making a pasta salad, loaded with veggies from the garden. While I was cooking I was thinking about next weeks menu. We are at that strange time of year where we begin to tires of BBQ, but do not want to spend hours running the stove.
Here is the menu:

Friday scallops in wine with rice
Saturday: Pork medallions apple sauce and Perogi's
Sunday: Slow roasted chicken with veggies and a side of mashed
Monday: Burger Night
Tuesday: Soup and sandwich with home made stock
Wednesday: BBQ Tips and tri color peppers from the garden
Thursday: Sesame noodles and wings from the crock pot
