Prep time

One hour of prep time and the start of a weeks good meals.
Saturday roasted chicken and potatoes,
Sunday morning home fries (aka left over potatoes).
Sunday afternoon meat n veggie chilli...always better day two
Monday night beef stir fry with peppers and onions
Tuesday veggie soup with a home made chicken stock
Wednesday Chili stuffed baked potatoes ceaser salad
Thursday turkey sliders
