Artisian Griled Pizza

To grill this simple yet yummy pizza:
Purchase pizza dough at the deli.
Cut dough in half , stretch on a floured surface (this is the artisian part).
Pre heat grill to Med high. Transfer dough to upside down cookie sheet. Coat with ovoo transfer to open grill, toast 3 to 4 min. Transfer back onto cookie sheet with toasted side up top with toppings transfer back to grill, continue cooking 3-5 min.
