Spring ,SNOW

Yup, it is the day before Easter and it is snowing. A good day to do some baking, I guess. Yesterday  it was the nicest day in a week.  Bob and I went for a trail ride in the afternoon, today it is snowing. I have made the final changes to the Easter Menu, the shopping's done. I have begun cooking cake is cooling waiting to frost, cookies done, dip chilling in fridge.
